Ladies Fitness Programs

Regular exercise promotes physical and mental health and well-being.  When offered in a welcoming, non-competitive environment, with excellent instruction and great music, it’s a recipe for success!

Our wonderful instructor has been with us for many years.   In an atmosphere of fun and friendship, the Fall RGCL Ladies Fitness classes will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

 

All ages are welcome – from 18 to 80+

Winter 2024 Session
January 08 to March 08

CARDIO & STRENGTH – 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

This class is designed, using music, to enhance coordination, aerobic fitness and memory.  Also included are components to improve strength, balance and flexibility.  The program includes options for all fitness levels.

BALANCE AND STRENGTH USING CHAIR – 10:15 to 11:15 a.m.

This class focuses on strengthening and stretching. With music that is motivating, fun and familiar, the class is designed to improve strength and
flexibility for all fitness levels, with options to suit limitations around balance and/or mobility.

Fee for the 12-week Session (payable by cheque or cash)

$80 – one class per week

$100 – two classes per week

$120 – three classes per week

There is a $10.00 drop in fee for those who just want to attend once in a while.

For the three or more class option you may take the aerobic class first and then attend the Low Impact Fitness Class that follows.

NOTE:

  • Registration and fee payment takes place during the first two weeks of classes (January 08 & 22).

  • A current Community League membership number (resident community) needs to be provided at the time of registration.

If you are new to these programs and would like to try a class before committing, you’re welcome to observe/participate in one free class of your choice.
