Royal Gardens Hall Rental Application
Important Information
Booking Confirmation: Rental fees must be paid in full to confirm your booking.
Cancellations: Cancelled bookings may be subject to cancellation fees.
Damage Deposit: Refundable upon post-rental inspection.
Insurance Requirement: All rentals must provide their own insurance. A valid insurance certificate must be submitted at least one week before your rental date.
Alcohol Service: If alcohol will be served, a liquor license and liquor liability coverage must be included in your insurance.
