Royal Gardens Community League Hall
The Royal Gardens Community League has
two halls in one building available for rental.
It’s the perfect place for your gathering or event!
Large Hall
Our hall is 58’ by 34’ and has a seating capacity of 170 occupants. Double serving windows from the kitchen make serving food or drinks easy.
The large hall has a foyer with a coat room, double bathrooms and a large kitchen.
Available furniture includes 8’ rectangular tables, 6’ folding tables, 5’ round tables and folding chairs. We also have two portable speakers available by request.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooler, large sink, microwave and coffee machine. No glassware or cutlery is provided.
Decorating the hall is welcome and encouraged, but a cleaning fee will be assessed for adhesives and decorations left behind.

Note:
Rental fees must be paid to confirm a booking
Cancelled bookings may be subject to cancellation fees
Damage deposits are refundable but subject to post rental inspection reports
All rentals require their own insurance – the insurance certificate must be sent to us at least one week prior to your rental day
If you are serving alcohol you will require a liquor license and liquor liability on your insurance.
