ADULT YOGA

GENTLE YOGA:   

Suitable for any age or level (beginner to experienced)Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday    9:15 - 10:15

These gentle, yet powerful yoga classes harmonize breath & movement with relaxation & meditation. Benefits include:  Improved strength, flexibility, balance, focus & concentration, builds bone density & awareness, increased range of motion, tones & detoxifies internal organs, cleanses the blood, more restful sleep, reduces stress & calms the mind!

CHAIR YOGA:   

Suitable for any age or level (beginner to experienced)Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday    10:45 - 11:45

Consists of modified Yoga postures while sitting on & with assistance of a chair. Harmonizing breath & movement with relaxation & meditation. Experience all the benefits of Yoga in these safe, accessible Yoga classes!

Pre-registration required:  Opportunity to attend 1 or more classes/week
