Ladies Fitness

Regular exercise promotes physical and mental health and well-being.  When offered in a welcoming, non-competitive environment, with excellent instruction and great music, it’s a recipe for success!

Led by certified instructors, the RGCL Ladies Fitness Program, runs 3 times per week (September through June) in the Royal Gardens Community Hall, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Monday and Friday classes focus on cardio and strength.  Wednesday’s class offers Pilates-based core strength and flexibility.

All ages are welcome – from 18 to 80+!
