Royal Gardens Community League
Royal Gardens is a charming, mature neighbourhood in Edmonton’s southwest papastew ward (PAH-PAH-STAY-OH). Primarily developed in the 1960s, it features a mix of single-family homes and residential streets, fostering a strong sense of community.
The Royal Gardens Community League, established in 1968, serves as a hub for residents, offering a community hall, outdoor rink, basketball courts, and pickleball/tennis courts at 117 Street and 40 Avenue.
Nestled near the scenic Whitemud Ravine and Rainbow Valley Park, the area is also home to the Confederation Leisure Centre and several schools, including St. Boniface Catholic Elementary, Richard Secord Elementary, Louis St. Laurent Catholic Junior & Senior High, and Harry Ainlay High School.
Conveniently located, Royal Gardens provides easy access to Southgate Mall, Century Park Commons, and South Edmonton Common, with downtown, West Edmonton Mall, and the airport all just a 20-minute drive away.
